After three years of active command military service Howard obtained his law degree with high honors and has since aggressively represented business clients for more than 35 years.

He was the first lawyer in Allen County to be certified as a Business Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Bankruptcy Institute and has received additional recognition for his outstanding professional accomplishments.
